Traveling backpack - internal frame or not??
A friend gave me an old travel backpack of theirs, but it doesn't have an internal frame it's basically just a big canvass bag, although it does have the belt that goes around my waist, and a couple side pouches.I'm planning on doing some travel, hopefully to India, soon. I wouldn't be needing to bring a ton of stuff, because it's not like I'd be camping and hiking...I'd just need to bring the basic travel stuff for clothes, toiletries, etcIs this bag okay for that?Someone else told me that it will kill my back if I'm going to travel with it for a month, and that I should get one with an internal frame.....I'd love to, but they're expensive, so if I can put that money towards my trip instead of a back pack I don't need, that would be great.What do you think??
